–Minimum number of guests required for tours to run. See booking system.
–Please choose carefully as our tickets are not refundable.
–Change of tour permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled tour. A $5 fee per attendee applies for any changes.
–As per current laws in Victoria, masks must be worn inside buildings and adjusted to ensure both nose and mouth are covered at all times. Failure to heed warnings to do so will result in ejection from tour.
–PAYPAL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS PLEASE.
NO PAYPAL eCHEQUE (from bank account) PAYMENTS UNLESS BOOKING IS MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE. This is due to the e-cheque payment taking up to 7 days to clear. If payment hasn't cleared by tour time, booking must be paid on attendance and Paypal payment will be refunded.
–NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED.
If any person is obviously inebriated, they will be refused access to the tour and no refund shall be given.
–Asylum Ghost Tours provides tours and paranormal investigations throughout the Mayday Hills Lunatic Asylum in Beechworth Victoria.
By booking and participating in our tours and events, customers accept that Asylum Ghost Tours are not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury that occurs during any of our tours and events, nor for any costs associated with or a result of any of these incidents.
–No refunds. No transfer can be made to the customer for unused services unless arranged with Asylum Ghost Tours prior to the booked event. This only applies to customer cancellations.
