Private tours are for your group only, at a flat-rate cost.
We encourage larger groups, who can be at times a bit noisier than singles or couples, to look at this option, which can save you money as well as give you a bit more freedom to be you.
Available Wed, Thu, Fri and Sun nights except peak tourism times.
Peak tourism includes Saturday nights, long weekends, school holidays etc.

PRICING:
Private ghost tour or history tour - $395 for up to 23 people
Private paranormal tour up to 12 people - $495 for 2 hours, $695 for 3 hours. Add $200 for each hour after 3 hours.
