Guests: Tours require a minimum of 2 guests to proceed.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

No costumes to be worn on tours.

No-Show Policy: No refunds or transfers are available for no-shows.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless Asylum Ghost Tours cancels the tour.

Tour Changes: Changes to your tour can be made with at least 48 hours' notice. A $5 admin fee per attendee applies.

Alcohol and Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are allowed. Visibly intoxicated individuals will be refused access without a refund.

Liability: Asylum Ghost Tours is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury during tours. Participants accept this upon booking.

Charge-backs: We do not accept charge-backs. If you fail to arrive, or if you arrive but are then asked to leave for whatever rule you have broken, no refunds will be issued.

Any initiated chargeback for these reasons will result in a re-debit of the full price paid for the tour, plus a fifty (50) dollar administrative fee.

Failed transactions will be filed as a theft report with local police.
